For you who wishes to live Oslo like the norwegians, Casa Gioia is the perfect place! it's found in the old renovated part of Oslo; Grunerløkka where the "young people" of all ages go to live, or go shopping in the small, intimate shops, or to sit in the many cafè's or restaurants with tables on the sidewalk where they serve food from all over the world.
The apartment is very central and very well served by trams every 10 min. Tram 11, 12, 13 bring you downtown to the harbour in 10 min. One of the airportbuses has it stop 2 min from Casa Gioia. The apartment is sunny and cheerful. It is found in a quiet road with no exit full of old trees in a low apartmentbuilding from the 1900 with towers on the roof. Its on the first floor and the big windows are facing an inner rosegarden with a playingground for the children and with white benches and tables where the residents have their light meals in the summer. The apartment has a fireplace and the firewood is included. |

Til dere som vil ha noen hyggelige dager i Oslo så er beliggenheten til Casa Gioia helt super! Leiligheten ligger midt mellom Grunerløkka og Torshov, den glade og populære delen av Gamle Oslo hvor de unge trekker både for å bo eller for å handle eller sitte på kafe.
Strøket er fullt av små intime butikker, kafeer og fortausrestauranter hvor mat fra hele verden serveres, alltid fulle av unge menneskeri alle aldre som vil hygge seg sammen med kjente og ukjente både på dagtid og kvelden.
Leiligheten ligger veldig sentralt til og betjenes av bytrikkene 11,12,13 som bringer dere til sentrum på 10 min.

Per voi che desiderate godervi Oslo come i norvegesi, la casa Gioia è il luogo perfetto! Si trova nella parte antica rinnovata di Oslo; Grunerløkka, dove "i giovani" di tutte le età scelgono di vivere o girare per i piccoli negozi intimi, o starsene seduti nei tanti cafè o ristoranti con le tavole sui marciapiedi, dove servono cibo da tutto il mondo. L appartamento è estremamente centrale ed è servito dai tram 11. 12. 13 che in 10 min vi porta al centro dove c'è il porto. Il pullman dall aereoporto si ferma davanti casa. L appartamento è luminoso e arredato con gusto. Si trova al primo piano in un palazzo basso e caratteristico con torri sul tetto in una strada tranquilla senza uscita, pieno di alberi antichi. Le finestre affacciano il giardino di rose interno, con panchine e tavole bianche per poter mangiare fuori, e una area giochi per bambini. L appartamento ha un camino e la legna è inclusa. |
